摘要
介绍了压力传感器、变送器、智能压力传感器,对压力传感器的零点漂移、压力灵敏度、非线性误差进行补偿。设计了压力变送器、温度变送器、A/D转换器和单片机电路。较好地补偿压力传感器的误差,提高测量精度一个数量级别,达到测量精度0.1%±1字。
This paper introduces pressure sensor, temperature transducer and intelligent pressure sensor in brief , presents a compensating method of Zero drift, non-linear error for increasing the pressure sensing sensitivity, designs the circuit of pressure sensor, temperature transducer , A/D converter, and microprocessor which can compensate the pressure sensor error effectively and make the measurement more accurate.
