摘要
应用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)的方法 ,对 180种中草药的水提取物进行抑制乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)的实验研究 ,根据药物的综合药效指数 (SEI)评价药效 ,经筛选得抗HBsAg的有效药 8种 ,其中高效药 3种 ,即天花粉 (1.6 3)、香薷 (2 .0 2 )、茴香油 (2 .0 9)
The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)test was used to screen the drugs with anti HBsAg activities from the water extract of 180 Chinese medicinal crude herbs.In the preliminary screen,in 180 Chinese herbs, there are 8 efficacious herbs.After reselection, we find 3 highly efficacious herbs.They are Trichosanthes kirilowii(1.63),Elsholtzir splenens(2.02) and Foeniculum vulgare(2.09).
