摘要
目的 :为减少药物流产后子宫出血量和时间 ,降低清宫率。方法 :按随机对照前瞻性研究 ,设防治组 98例 ,益母膏对照组 4 0例 ,不加处理空白组 30例 ,共观察药物流产妇女 16 8例。结果 :显效率 :防治组 2 4 .5 % ,对照组 5 % ,空白组 10 % ;P<0 .0 0 5。清宫率 :防治组 6 .12 % ,对照组 2 2 .5 % ,P<0 .0 1。子宫出血时间、出血量等比较 ,防治组均优于对照组。主要药效学试验表明 :本口服液对早孕大鼠药物流产后子宫出血有明显的止血作用 ;对大鼠离体和在体子宫均有一定的收缩作用。对大鼠血清雌二醇和孕酮无明显影响。结论
Objectives:To reduce the uterine bleeding amount and time after medicated abortion and to lower the clearance rate of uterus.Methods:The contrast study of random samples with treating group of 98 cases,control(Yimugao)group of 40 cases and blank group of 30 cases,total 168 cases of medicated abortion.Results:There were obviously effective rates for treating group 24.5%,control group 5% and blank group 10%,respectively( P <0.005),The clearance rate of uterus for treating group 6.12%,control group 22.5%,( P <0.01).The bleeding time and amouts of uterus of treating group all better than the control group.The major pharmacodynamics test indicated that the Gongfuan Oral Liquid have apparent hemostatic effect on bleeding of uterus of early pregnancy rats and have definite contract effects on isolated and in vivo utrus of rats.Gongfuan Oral Liquid have litter effect on serum Estradiol and Progesterone of rats.Conclusion:It is indicated that Gongfuan Oral Liquid have certain effects in preventing and treating uterine bleeding after medicated abortion.
