摘要
目的:研究前列通栓水提取的最佳工艺条件。方法;用正交试验法安排试验。以盐酸小檗碱的含量为考核指标,对影响提取的用水量、煎煮时间、提取次数等进行考察。结果:水提取的最佳条件为加10倍水,煎煮2h,共2次。结论:用最佳组合参数能充分、有效地提取药材中的有效成份。
Objective: To study the best condition of water extracting technology. Method: The orthogonal design was used to study three factors effected amount of water used, extracting time, and extracting times. Berberime hydrochloride content was used to evaluate. Result: The best conditions were 10 times of water, boiling 2 hours each time, twice for boiling. Conclusion:The best conditions could extract the effective substance abundantly.
