摘要
为探讨护理质量的管理效能 ,全面提高护理质量 ,本文介绍了该院在实施科室综合护理质量排名的方案和实施科室综合护理质量排名的体会 。
To discuss the management efficiency of nursing quality and raise nursing quality, the author introduces the plan and experience of carrying out ranking of departments according to comprehensive nursing quality, and gives references to raising comprehensive nursing quality.
