摘要
介绍了时差法超声波流量计的测量原理和硬件构成;采用高性能的ispLSI(在系统可编程大规模芯片)代替分立器件实现了计数器功能和复杂的逻辑控制,简化了系统的设计,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性;使用锁相环(PLL)和压控振荡器(VCO),实现了高精度的时间测量;利用对数放大电路、延迟窗口和脉宽检测等技术,进一步提高了系统可靠性.扩大了系统的测量口经范围.
Discussed the measurement principles 、hardware structure for the travel time flowmeter;The high-performance ispLSI ( In-System Programming Large Scale Integrated Circuit ) instead of discrete devices is utilized to simplify the design of system and to improve the stability and reliability of the system. Application of PLL ( phase lock loop ) and VCO (voltage control oscillator ) implements high precision time measurement ;Logarithmic amplifier 、delay window 、pulse width detecting are used to further improve the measuring precision ; The result confirms that the ultrasonic flowmeter discussed here has met the design requirement.
