摘要
在体外姜黄素对ＭＧＣ８０３，Ｂｅｌ７４０２，Ｂ１６，Ｋ５６２，Ｋ５６２／ＡＤＭ均有明显的杀伤作用，并可诱导ＭＧＣ８０３细胞凋亡。
We reported the antitumor activity of curcumin (Cur) in vitro and vivo.Cur at 3.13～50.00mg/L showed significantly cytotoxic effect on MGC803,Bel7402,B16,K562/ADM cell lines;the IC50 of cur on these cell lines were 4.78,5.86,4.10,4.30,23.05mg/L respectively.It also induced apoptosis of MGC803 cell line. Cur at dosage 50～200mg/L ip or po for 7 days had significantly inhibitory action against EAC carcinoma and B16 melanoma in mice.
