摘要
目的:观察精制吴茱萸胶囊对正常动物的痛阈、中枢神经活动和脑血流的作用。方法:以热板法和醋酸法测其痛阈值。以小鼠自主活动和探究行为测其对神经系统的作用。以激光Doppler 测大鼠大脑皮质运动区脑血流的变化。结果:精制吴茱萸胶囊能明显提高小鼠( 热板法) 痛阈值。延长小鼠的扭体潜伏期( 醛酸法) ,但对小鼠的扭体次数无明显影响。大剂量(400 mg/kg) 对小鼠探究行为有一定的抑制作用。但对活动次数无明显影响。对大鼠脑血流有明显的增加作用。结论:精制吴茱萸胶囊具有一定的镇痛作用。
Aim:Study effect of refined Wuzhuyu capsule (RWC) on pain threshold, sedation and cerebral blood flow in mouse and rat. Methods:Test the threshold by the way of hot plate and body spraining induced by ip acetic acid, the action of central nerve system by the test of auto motion and look around, and the blood flow at motion area of cerebral cortex by Laser Doppler instrument.Results:RWC can increase pain threshold (hot plate) of mice, prolong the latent period of body spraining, but has no effect of the times of the spraining. The large dosage of RWC (400mg/kg) can inhibit the times of looking around, no effect of auto motion. RWC can promote the blood flow just after 15 minutes RWC taken, and prolong the effect till to 60minutes. Conclusion:The capsule has the effect of releasing pain and increasing the blood flow of the brain.
