摘要
目的 :观察草乌甲素胶囊和片剂治疗骨关节炎 (OA)和类风湿关节炎 (RA)的疗效和药物不良反应。方法 :按美国风湿病学会诊断标准随机选择OA 40例和RA 40例 ,配对后分别服用等量胶囊和片剂 ,剂量为 0 8g/日 ,观察 4周。结果 :草乌甲素胶囊和片剂的治疗效果无明显差异 ,总有效率 87 5 % ,用于治疗OA优于治疗RA。药物不良反应发生率 13 75 % ,胶囊的胃肠道反应较小。结论
Object: The treatment effect on osteoarthritis (OA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with capsules or tablets of bulleyaconitin A and adverse reactions were observed. [WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ] 40 OA patients and 40 RA patients were diagnosed with ARA standards. The patients were randomized to experimental groups and control groups. The same dose (0.8 gram every day) of capsules or tablets of bulleyaconitin A was given. All were observed for 4 weeks. The clinical changes and adverse drug reactions were recorded and Tables Ritchie were filled in. [WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ] There's no difference in treatment effect between the capsules and the tablets of bulleyaconitin A. The total response rate was 87.5%. The treatment effect of OA was prior to RA. The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 13.75%. The gastroenteric side effects of the capsules were less than the tablets. ]Conclusion: Bulleyaconitin A is a new kind of alkaloid that can be used to treat with OA and RA.
