摘要
目的了解湖北省农村小学生对性侵犯的认知情况及影响因素,为及时调整和完善农村小学生预防性侵犯教育方案提供可靠依据。方法用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,通过采用《农村学龄儿童预防性侵犯现况调查表》对1200名农村小学生进行问卷调查,并对影响因素进行分析。结果本次调查的认知得分中位数为6. 00分,得分超过6. 00分的有430人(40.4%),低于或等于6. 00分的有635人(59.6%)。在8条认知条目中,正确率最低的均是:在设定的假设情景中发生的事情是否是邻居叔叔的错(男生、女生的正确率分别为44. 3%、53.9%)。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示:女生(OR=1. 795, 95%CI:1.390~2.317)、年级高(OR=1.190, 95%CI:1.063~1.331)、与看护人的关系好(OR=1.805, 95%CI:1.168~2.789)是小学生对性及性侵犯认知的保护因素。结论湖北省农村小学生对性侵犯认知情况尚不足。看护人、学校和社会应该加强对农村小学生预防性侵犯教育重视,减少农村儿童性侵犯事件的发生。
Objective To understand the cognitive status and its influencing factors among rural primary school students in Hubei Province, and to provide a reliable basis for improvement of the education program. Methods Through multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method, 1200 rural primary school students were sampled and surveyed by Rural School Age Children' s Preventive Abuse of Current Situation Questionnaire. Influential factors were analyzed. Results The median of the cognitive scores of this survey was 6. 00, 430 (40.4%) respondents' sexual cognitive score were beyond the median, and 635 (59. 6% ) respondents' sexual cognitive score were equal to or less than the median. Among 8 cognitive items, the item which had lowest correct answer ratewas : whether what happened in the hypothetical scenario was the neighbor's fault (44. 3% in boys and 53.9% in girls, respectively). Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that girls ( OR = 1. 795, 95% CI: 1. 390 - 2. 317), grade high ( OR = 1. 190, 95% CI: 1. 063 - 1. 331 ), and good relationship with earegivers ( OR = 1. 805, 95% CI: 1. 168 - 2. 789) were protective factors. Conclusion Rural pri- mary school students in Hubei province had insufficient knowledge of sexual abuse. The caregivers, schools and society should strengthen the prevention of children' s sexual abuse in rural areas, and reduce the incidence of child sexual abuse in rural areas.
