摘要
高素质的师资队伍作为高校发展的重要推动力,人才招聘工作已成为各高校的工作重点。管理学理论已形成了成熟的知识体系,法律手段已经成为管理应用中必不可少的手段。从法管理学角度对地方型院校当前人才招聘管理工作进行深入思考,以X高校为例,分析发现地方应用型高校人才招聘工作中存在规划不周、实施不精、事后缺管等问题,并提出运用法管理学思路对人才招聘工作进行分阶段管理优化的策略。
As an important driving force for the development of colleges and universities, the recruitment of qualified teachers has become the focus of all colleges and universities. Management theory has formed a mature knowledge system, and legal have become an indispensable means in management application. From the perspective of law and management, this paper gives a deep thought to the current talent recruitment management in local universities. Taking X university as an example, this paper analyzes the problems in the recruitment of talents in local application-oriented universities, such as poor planning, poor implementation, and subsequent lack of management, and puts forward the strategy of using management theory to optimize the recruitment of talents in different stages.
