摘要
主要进行一种室温硅烷交联型低烟无卤阻燃电缆料的研究,将低烟无卤的阻燃性和硅烷交联电缆料因为交联结构形成的优良电气性能、物理性能等优点相结合,并且实现电缆成品在自然条件下放置一段时间可以自发进行交联反应,降低电缆蒸煮能耗,实现环保型产品对传统电缆料产品的替代。在实验过程中还研究了不同填料含量对产品力学性能的效果,以及不同的催化剂对交联速度以及电缆表面光洁度的影响。
A room temperature silane crosslinked low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable material was studied. The silane crosslinked low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable material showed excellent electrical and physical properties because of crosslinked structure formation,at the same time,the cable completed self crosslinking reaction under natural conditions after a period of time,which could avoid the energy consumption of cable cooking.In the experiment,the effect of different fillers content on mechanical properties of the products was studied as well as the effect of different catalysts on crosslinking speed and surface finish of the cables.
