摘要
通过整理胃癌的病机特点、健脾化痰法治疗胃癌作用机制、临床疗效等;阐明胃癌脾虚痰凝病机之常见性,运用健脾化痰法治疗之重要性,以期为临床治疗提供借鉴。胃癌是临床常见恶性肿瘤之一,其病机特点表现为虚、痰、瘀、毒。脾胃亏虚是胃癌发生的根本原因,痰浊凝滞则是其发展转移的关键,治疗上应以健脾化痰为主。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies,and its pathogenesis is characterized by asthenia,phlegm,blood stasis and toxin.Deficiency of spleen and stomach is the root cause of gastric cancer. Phlegm stagnation is the key to the development of the transfer,and the treatment should be mainly based on invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm.Through summerizing the pathogenesis of gastric cancer,spleen and phlegm treatment of gastric cancer mechanism,and the clinical efficacy,this paper aims to clarify the common- ness of gastric cancer spleen deficiency phlegm cure machine,and importance of application of invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm method,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
