摘要
超高层施工中施工电梯作为最重要的垂直运输设备之一,直接影响到工程工期、成本和效益。提出一种单导轨架多笼循环运行电梯,通过在单根导轨架上循环运行多部梯笼,解决单台施工电梯运力不足、功效随高度降低、多台施工电梯占用施工平立面位置、施工预留延长总工期等问题。重点阐述了该装备的旋转换轨机构、竖向卸载附墙、分段供电系统、群控调度及安全防撞系统等主要组成部分的设计研究。
As one of the most important vertical transportation equipment in super high-rise building construction,construction elevator directly affects the duration,cost and benefit of the project.A construction elevator with multi-cages and single-guide rail is presented.It can effectively solve the problems of the insufficient transport capacity and efficiency decreasing with height of the single construction elevator,the occupancy of plan and elevation position of multiple construction elevators,and the resulting extension of total project duration.The design and research of rotary orbit transfer mechanism,vertical attached wall,segmented feed system,group control scheduling,and anti-collision system are explained.
