摘要
目的:观察热敏灸联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法:将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组予以热敏灸联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,对照组则以盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗;观察两组患者在治疗20d后的前列腺症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分、前列腺液中白细胞、卵磷脂小体及血液流变学的变化,比较其临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗20d后NIH-CPSI评分、前列腺液中白细胞、卵磷脂小体及血液流变学各指标优于对照组同期,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组为86.0%,对照组为70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效明显,尤其在改善患者血瘀状态方面为著,且不良反应少。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule in the treatment of chronic prostatitis and its effect on blood rheology. Methods: A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were received heat sensitive moxibustion combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule treatment, while in the control group were treated by Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule. The prostate symptom index(NIH-CPSI) score and the change of white blood cell, lecithin body and hemorheology in two groups after 20 days treatment were observed, and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results: After treatment for 20 days, there was a statistically significant difference in NIH-CPSI score, leukocyte, lecithin body and hemorrheology in the prostatic fluid between the treatment group and the control group at the same time(P<0.05); the total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.0% and the control group was 70.0%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule in the treatment of chronic prostatitis was obvious, especially in the aspects of improving the state of blood stasis in patients and less adverse reaction.
