摘要
目的:建立以电子健康卡为核心的就诊新体系,提升就医体验和诊疗效率。方法:新建统一支付平台,并以电子健康卡为核心改造医院现有系统,涉及15个系统,近50项业务。结果:就诊时间明显缩短,满意度和诊疗效率明显提升。结论:就诊新体系的建立有利于医院内部效率的提升,让民众更好地享受优质的医疗服务。
Objective:To establish a new medical treatment system with electronic health card as the core,and to improve the medical experience and the rate of treatment.Methods:A new unified payment platform was built,and the existing system of the hospital was transformed with the electronic health card as the core,involving 15systems and nearly 50businesses.Results:The time of consultation was significantly shortened,and the satisfaction rate and the treatment rate were significantly improved.Conclusion:The establishment of the new medical treatment system will not only help the internal et^iciency,but also enable the public to better enjoy quality medical services.
