摘要
【目的/意义】对技术接受模型在管理信息系统领域的相关重要研究文献进行梳理与总结,为研究者提供思路和方向。【方法/过程】将研究问题归纳为用户特征、环境因素、时间因素和系统因素对技术接受的影响。用户特征包括人格特征、性别、年龄、经验、教育水平和创新意识等;环境因素包括主观规范(同伴、家庭)和文化因素(民族文化、宗教、时尚潮流);时间因素对技术接受的影响可以分为不同阶段的对比、持续使用意愿和忠诚度;系统因素包括系统特征(系统设计、系统质量)和系统类型。【结果/结论】研究发现当前的研究中存在忽视情境因素、理论方法有限、争议问题未解、解释力度不强、研究视野狭隘等不足,针对这些不足提出未来的研究方向。
[Purpose/significance]This paper sorts out and summarizes related important literatures of technology acceptance modelin the fields of the management information system,providing ideas and directions for researchers.[Method/process]This paper generalizes research questions into the factors influencing technology adoption,including population characteristics,environmental aspects,time elements and system factors.Population characteristics include character traits,gender,age,experience,education,innovation consciousness and self-efficiency.Environmental aspects include subjective norm (by peers and family)and cultural factors (national culture,religion and fashion trend).The influence of time element consists of comparison of different stages,continuous use intention and loyalty.system factors include system features (systern design and system quality)and system types.[Result/conclusion]This paper finds that there are deficiencies in current researches like ignore of situation factors,limited methods,unsolved issues,weak explanatory power and tunnel vision,and future research directions are advanced against these deficiencies.
