摘要
本研究从大港油田受原油污染的土壤中筛得6株原油降解菌,通过生理生化特征实验、16S rDNA分子生物学鉴定和气相色谱(GC-FID)分析,对石油烃降解菌群的生物演化规律进行研究.结果表明,筛得的6株主要为假单胞菌和芽孢杆菌,芽孢杆菌与假单胞菌均为原油降解的优势菌种.将这6株菌按照相同体积比配制成YJ01混合菌处理含油海水,降解7 d后,混合菌群对中链、长链烃的降解效果较好;混合菌对奇碳数烃的降解优势更明显.
In this study six crude oil degrading bacteria were screened from crude oil contaminated soil in Dagang Oilfield. Through physiology biochemistry experiment,molecular biological techniques of 16S rDNA and GC-FIR,the biological evolution of petroleum-degrading bacteria was studied.The results showed that the six strains were mainly Pseudomonas and Bacillus.Bacillus and Pseudomonas are the dominant strains of crude oil degradation.According to the same volume ratio the six strains were formulated into YJ01 mixed bacteria to treat sea water contaminated with crude oil.After degraded for 7 days the mixed bacteria had a good degradation effect on medium-chain and long-chain hydrocarbons.The degradation capability of the mixed bacteria to the odd carbon alkanes was higher.
