摘要
随着建筑工业化及信息化技术发展,基于信息技术的装配式建筑施工成为建筑行业关注热点。通过对建筑信息建模(BIM)技术装配式建筑施工的文献分析,论述了BIM技术在装配式建筑施工中的进度管理模型及信息管理平台、深化设计及智能加工、进度计划模拟与控制、施工过程监控等方面的应用现状及存在问题的对策分析,对装配式建筑施工提出一个全新的思路。为其他学者后续研究提供参考的基础上,提高BIM技术在装配式建筑施工中的应用深度和广度。
With the development of industrialization and information technology,the construction and management of prefabricated concrete structures based on information technology has become a hot spot in the construction industry. Based on the analysis of literature on the construction management of prefabricated concrete strueture based on BIM technology,the paper summarized the research status,application status and countermeasures of the applieation with, respect to the sehedule management model and information management platform,deepening design and intelligent processing,schedule simulation and control,construction process mionitoriug,etc.in the process of assembly-type construction management,and put forward a brand new idea for the construction of prefabricated buildings.At last,it hopes to provide reference for further research by other scholars,and thus improving the depth and breadth of BIM application in the eonstruction management of prefabricated concrete structure.
