摘要
目的分析中药房调剂质量对临床疗效的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2018年6月我院开具的580例中药处方,将3月之前的279例作为对照组,将3月之后的301例作为干预组,对比两组不良事件发生率。结果干预组不良事件发生率1.33%低于对照组12.90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对中药房调剂质量的监控,规范中药调剂操作,保证调剂质量等对于提高临床疗效和安全性有重要意义。
Objective To explore the effect of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy on clinical efficacy.Methods A total of 580 prescriptions of Chinese medicine prescribed in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected.279 cases before March were used as the control group,and 301 cases after 3 months were used as the intervention group.The incidence of adverse events was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the intervention group was 1.33% lower than that in the control group (12.90%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the monitoring of the quality of Chinese medicine pharmacy,regulating the operation of.traditional Chinese medicine,and ensuring the quality of the adjustment are of great significance for improving clinical efficacy and safety.
