摘要
目的探讨思维导图在混合痔患者围手术期饮食指导中的应用。方法将140例混合痔手术患者随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组予以常规的口头饮食指导,实验组进行常规口头饮食指导加形象的思维导图指导。比较两组患者住院期间的饮食知识知晓程度及满意度。结果实验组对护士健康教育的满意度98.76%,对照组患者满意度92.58%;2组患者饮食知识知晓程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食思维导图指导可明显提高混合痔患者满意度和饮食的正确率及依从性。
Objective To explore the application of mind map in dietary guidance for patients with mixedhemorrhoids during perioperative period. Methods 140 cases of mixed hemorrhoid surgery were randomLy dividedinto control group and observation group. The control group was given routine oral dietary guidance, while theobservation group was given routine oral dietary guidance plus image mind map guidance. The satisfaction anddietary awareness of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction of the observation group to the healtheducation of nurses was 98.76%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Dietmind mapping guidance can significantly improve patient satisfaction and correct diet rate and compliance.
