摘要
目的研究观察在中老年疝气手术中应用传统开刀手术和平片无张力疝修补术的临床效果。方法选取中老年疝气患者40例,将病患随机分为两组,其中一组病患给予传统开刀手术设为开刀组,另一组病患给予平片无张力疝修补术设为平片组,每组各20例,比较两组病患的临床治疗效果。结果两组病患经治疗后,平片组病患的术中出血量、疼痛评分、术后下床活动时间以及住院时间明显优于开刀组;平片组并发症发生率为15%,开刀组并发症发生率为35%,平片组的并发症发生率明显低于开刀组(P<0.05);且平片组的复发率明显低于开刀组。结论在中老年疝气手术中采用平片无张力疝修补术,有着较好的手术效果,且病患的并发症较少,值得在临床上大力的推行。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional herniorrhaphy and tension-free herniorrhaphyin middle-aged and elderly patients. Methods Forty middle-aged and elderly patients with hernia were randomLydivided into two groups. One group was treated with traditional herniorrhaphy and the other group was treatedwith tension-free herniorrhaphy. Each group had 20 patients, and the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the bleeding volume, pain score, postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time inthe plain film group were significantly better than those in the open surgery group. The complication rate was 15% inthe plain film group, the complication rate was 35% in the open group, and the complication rate in the plain groupwas significantly lower than that in the open group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the plain group was significantlylower than that of the open group.
