摘要
空气分级燃烧和低氮燃烧器技术是电站锅炉所采用的主要低氮燃烧技术。在低氮燃烧技术中,低氮燃烧器一直是研究热点,对空气分级燃烧设计及优化及其对锅炉性能影响的研究较少。对超超临界墙式对冲锅炉燃尽风不同布置方式展开数值模拟研究,探讨不同燃尽风布置方式对燃烧效率和NOx排放的影响。研究表明,采用侧燃尽风的空气分级燃烧技术,可降低10%的飞灰含碳量,同时NOx浓度没有明显提高。
Air staging combustion (Over-fire-Air,OFA)and low NOx burner are two main low NOx combustion technologies which adopted by the pulverized coal boiler.Most studies focused on the low NOx burner,and it was not common that the research investigated the effect of OFA design and optimization on the boiler performance.This study introduced the different OFA design and the result of boiler combustion efficiency and NOx concentration by using CFD. The modeling result shows that the air staging technology with side OFA can reduce 10%unburned carbon and there is no obvious increasing of the NOx concentration.
