摘要
精准医学是应用现代遗传技术、分子影像技术、生物信息技术,结合患者的生活方式、生活环境以及临床数据,实现精准的疾病分类及诊断,制定具有个性化的疾病预防和治疗方案。精准医学的理念,为如何实现精准化、个体化肝癌筛查和预防提供了新的思路,本文整合精准医学在肝癌筛查和预防中的研究现状与局限进行综述,以期为肝癌的精准预防提供进一步支持。
Precision medicine employs modem genetic technology,molecular imaging technology,bio-information technology,combining the environment and clinical data to achieve accurate classification and diagnosis of the disease.The targets of precision medicine focus on the development of a personalized prevention and treatment strategy and provide a new idea for achieving accurate and individual liver cancer screening and prevention.This article summarizes the research progresses and limitations of precision medicine in the screening and prevention of liver cancer,in order to provide further support for the precise prevention.
