摘要
幽默型领导逐渐成为近年来领导力研究领域的一个重要主题。与其他领导方式不同,幽默型领导通过营造充满乐趣的工作环境,潜移默化地改善员工的情绪状态和心理健康,进而促进员工效能的展现和组织绩效的提升。基于现有成果,本文介绍了幽默型领导的概念、测量和影响效果,深入探究了幽默型领导的作用机制,总结出幽默型领导能通过社会交换、资源保存、拓展-建构、情感事件、领导归类、良性冲突、社会认同和压力释放等心理机制对个体、组织产生影响,在此基础上提出了幽默型领导的整合模型,并就幽默型领导的概念、测量、影响因素、影响效果、作用机制等方面的不足,提出未来研究展望。
Leader humor plays a prominent role in improving employees'performance and promoting the development of corporation,thus it has become an important topic in the field of leadership research in recent years.Different from other types of leadership,leader humor focuses on creating interesting work environment, and subsquently improving emotional state and mental health of employees,and then improving employee performance and achieving organizational goals.Based on the leader humor literature,this article reviews the definition,measurement and outcome of leader humor.Moreover,leader humor is found to exert effects on individuals and organizations through mechanism of social exchange theory,conservation of resource theory, broaden-and-build theory,affective events theory,leader categorization theory,benign violation theory,sociaI identity theory and relief theory.It also proposes an integrated model of leader humor,identifying several limitations on leader humor,such as its conceptions and measurements,influence factor,influence effect and mechanism of humor leader,and then points out future directions in leader humor research.
