摘要
目的了解泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)感染状况。方法对2016年2月至2017年12月,来我院6859例进行CT检测的患者,按年龄段,性别,季节做回顾性统计分析。结果在6859例患者中,有243人CT检测结果为阳性,其中女性感染率(88. 48%)高于男性(11. 52%); 21～30岁年龄段最多(占55. 97%),51～60岁年龄段感染率最低(占3. 70%),两者比较差异有统计学意义;夏季感染率(5. 72%)高于冬季感染率(1. 41%)。结论沙眼衣原体感染与性别、年龄、季节有关。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT)infection in genitourinary tract in our hospital.Methods 6859patients with CT in our hospital from February 2016to February 2017were retrospectively analyzed by age,sex and season.Results among 6859patients,the positive rate of CT was positive in all of the 243patients, and the infection rate of female (88.48%)was significantly higher than that of male (11.52%).21-30years of age (up to 55.97%).The infection rate of 51-60years old was the lowest (3.70%).The infection rate in summer (5.72%)was significantly higher than that in winter (1.41%).Conclusion hlamydia trachomatis infection is related to the age of sex.
