摘要
目的:优选沙棘固本速溶茶最佳水提工艺参数,为工业化生产提供依据。方法:以人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1和多糖含量为评价指标,单因素试验法考察水提次数,响应面设计试验法优选沙棘固本速溶茶最优水提工艺参数(加水量、水提时间、浸泡时间)。结果:药材加水煎煮2次,浸泡时间1 h,第1次加水量为药材量的15倍,水煎煮时间2. 5 h;第2次加水量为药材量的10倍,水煎煮时间1. 5 h。结论:按优化的水煎煮参数制备沙棘固本速溶茶,其工艺科学、合理、稳定、可行。
Objective: To optimize the water extraction process parameters of sea-buckthorn strengthening instant tea to provide basis for industrialized production. Methods: The contents of ginsenoside Rg1,Re,Rb1 and polysaccharide were taken as the indices of process evaluation. The extraction times were investigated by single factor experiment. The water extraction process parameters of seabuckthorn strengthening instant tea including the amount of water,water extracting time and soaking time were optimized by a response surface method. Results: The optimum process parameters were as follows: the soaking time was 1 h and extracted twice,the first water addition was 15-fold with the extracting time of 2. 5 h,and the second water addition was 10-fold with the extracting time of 1. 5 h.Conclusion: The optimized process is scientific,reasonable,stable and practical.
