摘要
医联体是现阶段我国实现分级诊疗的重要途径。为了解医联体模式下居民满意度和基层医务人员认知情况,为相关政策调整提供科学依据,以天津市某医联体社区居民和基层医务人员为研究对象,选取699名居民和174名基层医务人员进行问卷调查,并对实施医联体的基层医疗机构运行情况进行调查。结果表明,医联体项目运行现状良好,居民满意度较高,基层医务人员认知情况较好,基层医务人员知晓情况在从业时间上的差异有统计学意义。但双向转诊模式、医疗资源下沉、人力资源配置、药品有效供给等方面仍需改进。
Medical treatment partnership system is an important way to develop hierarchical diagnosis and system in China at this stage.In order to understand the satisfaction of residents and the cognition of the treatment medical staffs in primary care institutions, and provide a scientific basis for the subsequent policy formulation,699residents and 174medical staffs of primary care institutions were investigated with a questionnaire survey.The results showed that medical treatment partnership system was in a good condition. The satisfaction of residents was high,and the cognition of medical staffs of primary care institutions was good.There was a statistically significant difference between the awareness and the working time in the investigated institutions.However,two-way referral system,transferring medical resources,human resource allocation,drug supply and other aspects still need to be improved.
