LEEP联合重组人干扰素对进展期宫颈癌HPV感染患者SCCAg与CYFRA21-1水平的影响 被引量:21

Effect of LEEP combined with recombinant human interferon on SCCAg and CYFRA21-1 levels in patients with advanced cervical cancer with HPV infection

摘要 目的探讨宫颈环行电切除术(loop electrosurgical excision procedure,LEEP)联合重组人干扰素对进展期宫颈癌HPV感染患者鳞状细胞癌抗原(Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen,SCCAg)、细胞角蛋白19片段抗原(Cytokeratin 19fragment antigen,CYFRA21-1)水平的影响。方法选择2015年5月-2017年7月医院收治的进展期宫颈癌合并HPV感染患者共100例,依照就诊先后差异即将100例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组患者使用LEEP联合宫保散涂抹治疗,试验组则采用LEEP联合重组人干扰素治疗,比较最终疗效及对患者血清SCCAg、CYFRA21-1水平的影响。结果治疗后,试验组患者总有效率为96.00%,优于对照组患者的84.00%(P<0.05);两组患者血清SCCAg、CYFRA21-1水平均低于治疗前,且试验组患者血清SCCAg、CYFRA21-1水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者HR-HPV病毒载量均低于治疗前,且试验组患者HRHPV病毒载量低于对照组患者(P<0.05);病原菌检测发现,100例HPV检测阳性患者中,单纯HPV病毒感染患者45例占45.00%,单一病原菌合并HPV病毒感染患者30例占30.00%,多种病原菌合并HPV病毒感染患者25例占25.00%。结论 LEEP联合重组人干扰素治疗进展期宫颈癌合并HPV感染患者效果较好,降低了患者SCCAg、CYFRA21-1水平,治疗安全性高。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP)combined with recombinant human interferon on the levels of Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen (SCCAg).and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen (CYFRA21-1)in advanced cervical cancer patients with HPV infection.METHODS The study included 100 patients with advanced cervical cancer complicated with HPV infection admitted to our hospital from May 2015to Jul.2017.The 100 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the difference of visiting order,with 50cases in each group.The control group was treated with LEEP combined with Gongbao San,and the experimental group was treated with LEEP combined with recombinant interferon.The final curative effect and the impact of serum SCCAg and CYFRA21-1 levels were compared between the two groups.RESULTS After treatment,the final efficacy was significantly higher in the experimental group (96.00%)than in the control group (84.00%)(P<0.05).The levels of SCCAg and CYFRA21-1 were both improved compared with those before treatment,and the levels in the experimental group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The HR-HPV viral load was significantly lower than that before treat ment,and the viral load in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Pathogen detection found that among the 100 patients with HPV infection,45patients (45.00%) were infected with HPV virus alone,30 patients (30.00%)were infected with single pathogen and HPV virus, and 25 patients were infected with multiple pathogens and HPV virus (25.00%).CONCLUSION LEEP combined with recombinant human interferon is effective in treating patients with advanced cervical cancer and HPV infection,which reduces the levels of SCCAg and CYFRA21-1 in patients,with high treatment safety.
