摘要
目的:考察人际信任、亲社会动机在网络社会支持和网络助人行为之间的链式中介效应。方法:采用网络社会支持量表、亲社会动机量表、人际信任量表和网络助人行为量表对970名大学生进行调查。结果:①网络社会支持正向预测大学生网络助人行为;②人际信任是网络社会支持和大学生网络助人行为之间的中介变量;③亲社会动机是人际信任和大学生网络助人行为之间的中介变量;④人际信任与亲社会动机在网络社会支持与大学生网络助人行为之间起链式中介作用。结论:网络社会支持不仅直接影响大学生网络助人行为,还通过人际信任与亲社会动机影响大学生网络助人行为。
Objective:This study constructed a chain mediation model to explore how network social support influenced network helping behavior in college students.Methods:970 college students were recruited in the study to complete network social support scale,interpersonal trust scale,pro-social motivation scale,and network helping behavior scale.Resuits:①Network social support positively predicted network helping behavior;②Interpersonal trust mediated the effect of network social support on network helping behavior;③Pro-social motivation mediated the effect of interpersonal trust on network helping behavior.④Network social support not only directly affected network helping behavior but also affected network helping behavior through interpersonal trust and pro-social motivation.Conclusion:Network social support not only directly affects network helping behavior but also directly through interpersonal trust and pro-social motivation in college students.
