摘要
将直觉梯形模糊数引入110kV智能变电站装配式建筑造价评价中,在识别出智能变电站装配式建筑造价影响因子的基础上利用ITFN对造价影响因子进行了定义和描述,并基于国网智能变电站装配式建筑典型设计方案构造了造价影响因子理想直觉梯形模糊向量,运用Hamming距离测度提出了多因子群决策模式下的专家权重决策向量的求解方法,引入得分函数和精确度函数建立了智能变电站装配式建筑造价评价模型,为科学合理的开展装配式建筑造价评价提供了一条有效途径。最后应用实例分析验证了模型的有效性和可行性。
This paper introduces the intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number into the cost evaluation of 110 kV smart substation assembly architecture.By identifying those factors which affect the cost of the smart substation assembly architecture,the cost impact factors are defined by the ITFN.Also,based on the typical design of the State Grid smart Substation assembly architecture,the ideal intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy vector of the cost impact factor is constructed and the Hamming distance measure is used to propose a method for solving the expert weight decision vector under the multi-factor group decision mode.Furthermore,the score function and precision function are introduced to establish a smart substation assembly architecture cost evaluation model,which provides an effective way to scientifically and reasonably perform assembly architecture cost evaluation.Finally,an application example is proposed to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the cost evaluation model.
