摘要
过敏性鼻炎,中医属“鼻鼽”范畴,孙海波教授认为本病为“伏邪”于内,肺脾肾虚寒,感邪而发,急性期为肺气虚寒,痰饮上犯,缓解期为脾肾阳虚,寒伏于内,当急则治标,治以祛风散邪、温肺化饮;缓则治本,治以温补脾肾,搜散伏邪。配合针刺及伏九贴敷以疏通经络、散伏邪、温脏腑。
Allergic rhinitis belongs to Biqiu in Chinese medicine.Professor SUN Haibo believes that there is "latent pathogen" in the lung and spleen and kidney deficiency,triggering by pathogenic factors.In acute period,there is lung Qi deficiency and cold and body fluid attacking upward.In the remission period,the spleen and kidney Yang was deficiency and there is cold in the interior.The treatment should be dispelling wind and evils and warming lung to resovle the body fluid in the acute period.And the treatment should be warming spleen and kideny and dispersing the latent pathogen in the remission period,cooperating with acupuncture and application to dredge meridians,disperse latent pathogens and warming Zang-fu organs.
