摘要
目的随着我国经济水平的快速发展,人民生活水平日益提高,饮食结构不断改变,但预防措施不完善,口腔问题日益显著。本研究了解河南省新乡市城乡人群口腔健康相关行为、态度、知识的现况,为当地开展居民口腔预防提供依据。方法参照第3次全国口腔健康流行病学调查报告,自行设计调查问卷,于2018-02-01-2018-04-30对河南省新乡市1 052名城乡居民进行口腔健康行为、口腔健康知识知晓情况和口腔健康保健态度现场问卷调查。结果城乡居民口腔卫生行为总正确率为23.49%,城市居民口腔卫生行为正确率为28.46%,农村居民口腔卫生行为正确率为20.26%,城市居民高于农村居民,差异有统计学意义,χ~2=27.811,P<0.05。城乡居民口腔健康知识知晓情况总正确率为41.25%,城市居民口腔健康知识知晓情况正确率为48.37%,农村居民口腔健康知识知晓情况正确率为36.61%,城市居民高于农村居民,差异有统计学意义,χ~2=85.044,P<0.001。城乡居民口腔健康保健态度总正确率为16.79%,城市居民口腔健康保健态度正确率为17.89%,农村居民口腔健康保健态度正确率为16.08%,两者差异无统计学意义,χ~2=1.730,P>0.05。结论河南省新乡市城乡居民的口腔卫生行为、口腔健康知识知晓情和口腔健康保健态度正确率不甚理想,虽能维持日常基本口腔卫生,但是对口腔预防保健的整体认识不够全面,低于全国平均水平。因此,加大口腔健康知识教育力度,并针对不同生活地区的居民采用相应的口腔卫生知识宣教方式,有望改善目前河南省新乡市城乡居民口腔健康现状。
OBJECTIVE With the rapid development of economy in China,the living standards are improved day by day,and the structure of diet are constantly changed.However,the preventive measures of oral are not popularized.Now,oral problems are becoming more and more serious.The purpose of the survey is to understand the current situation of oral health behaviors,attitudes and concepts of urban and rural residents in Xinxiang city of Henan Province,and to provide evidences for local oral prevention.METHODS According to the 3 rd National Oral Epidemiology Survey Report,a field questionnaire survey of oral health behaviors,attitudes and concepts of 1 052 urban and rural residents was conducted in Xinxiang city of Henan Province from February to April in 2018.RESULTS The accuracy of oral health behaviors of urban and rural residents was 23.49%.The accuracy of oral health behavior of urban residents was 28.46%,and that of rural residents was 20.26%.There were statistical differences between urban and rural residents,χ~2=27.811,P<0.05.The accuracy of oral health knowledge of urban and rural residents was 41.25%.The accuracy of oral health knowledge of urban residents was 48.37%,and that of rural residents was 36.61%.There were statistical differences between urban and rural residents,χ~2=85.044,P<0.001.The accuracy of oral health attitudes of urban and rural residents was 16.79%.The accuracy of oral health attitudes of urban residents was 17.89%,and that of rural residents was 16.08%.There were no significant statistical differences between urban and rural residents,χ~2=1.730,P>0.05.CONCLUSIONS The oral health behaviors,concepts and attitudes of urban and rural residents in Xinxiang city of Henan Province are far from satisfactory.Although they can maintain basic dental hygiene,the overall understanding of oral prevention is not comprehensive enough,below the national average level.It is expected to improve the current situation of oral health level of urban and rural residents in Xinxiang city of Henan Province by conducting oral health education with corresponding methods in different areas.
