胃食管反流病的最新治疗进展 被引量：17

摘要 胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)是指胃内容物反流入食管或口腔、肺所引起的症状或并发症,主要表现为反酸和烧心,部分患者会出现胸痛、嗳气、上腹痛及腹胀等不典型症状,对于反流物至口腔或肺部的患者,甚至出现咳嗽、咽喉部不适、哮喘、睡眠障碍等。GERD的内镜下表现分为糜烂性食管炎(erosive esophagitis,EE)、非糜烂性反流性疾病(nonerosive reflux disease,NERD)、巴雷特食管3种类型[1]。
