空心加压螺钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果分析

摘要 目的分析老年股骨颈骨折患者应用空心加压螺钉内固定治疗的效果。方法选择2016年1月至2017年5月我院收治的70例老年股骨颈骨折患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,各35例。对照组予以髋关节置换术,观察组实施空心加压螺钉内固定治疗,比较两组手术指标、关节功能。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组关节功能恢复情况相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对老年股骨颈骨折患者,应用空心加压螺钉内固定治疗可缩短手术时间,降低出血量,便于关节功能恢复。
