摘要 研究了多种类型活性单体对光固化3D打印树脂的影响,找出了丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO)和三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA)两种性能优异的单体,并进一步研究了其添加比例和复配比例对3D打印体系产生的影响。结合分子结构、黏度、官能数、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、体积收缩率等参数以及断面微观结构来探究活性单体对光固化3D打印体系的影响。结果发现,ACMO与TPGDA以质量比为7/3的比例复配时,3D打印树脂体系具有最佳性能。 In this paper,the effects of various types of reactive monomers on photocured 3D printing resins were studied.Two excellent monomers,ACMO and TPGDA were found.The effects of the addition ratio and compounding ratio on the system of 3D-printing were further studied.The effects of reactive monomer on photoeuring 3D printing system were investigated by combining molecular structure,viscosity, functional number,tensile strength,elongation at break,volume shrinkage and sectional microstructure. The results show that ACMO and TPGDA blending with the ratio of 7/3 could optimize the performance of the 3D printing system.
