摘要
供应链柔性生产对应对不确定环境、提升企业竞争力具有重要意义。文章采用结构向量界定供应链系统运营状态和切换幅度,计算了向量指标的成本载荷因子,运用结构分解技术测定运营状态的切换成本,设计并给出供应链柔性指标。最后以我国比亚迪、长城汽车等8家上市汽车公司为例,基于2010-2015年面板数据进行实证研究,证明了模型的有效性。
Flexible production of supply chain plays an important role in dealing with uncertain environment and improving enterprise competitiveness. This paper uses the structure vector to define the operation state and switching range of supply chain system, and calculates the cost load factor of vector index. And then the paper employs structural decomposition technology to determine the switching cost of operating state and design the flexible index of supply chain. Finally, based on the panel data from2010 to 2015, the paper takes China’s eight listed automobile companies such as BYD and Great Wall motor and so on as an example to make an empirical study and demonstrate the validity of the proposed model, which provides new ideas for scientific grasp of supply chain flexibility and improvement of supply chain operation efficiency.
