摘要
卓越教学是一流大学建设的重要保障,也是一流大学实现长远发展的动力。墨尔本大学作为澳大利亚排名前列的研究型大学,在世界范围内享有盛誉,其在实现卓越教学方面具有诸多可资借鉴的措施。基于此,在详细介绍墨尔本大学实现卓越教学措施的基础上归纳出了三点建议:一是提供针对性服务,吸引本校毕业生留校任职;二是关注学生学习,为卓越教学的实现提供支持;三是多方共同参与,合力实现卓越教学。
Excellent teaching is an important guarantee for the construction of first-class universities,and it is also the driving force for first-class universities to achieve long-term development.As a leading research-oriented university in Australia,the University of Melbourne also has a great reputation and has many referable measures in achieving excellence in teaching.Based on this,this study puts forward three suggestions for achieving excellent teaching based on the detailed introduction of the excellent teaching measures of the University of Melbourne.Firstly,it provides targeted services to attract graduates of the school to stay in the school.Second,it pays attention to students’ learning and provides support for the realization of excellent excellence.And thirdly,it employs joint participation and joint efforts from multiple parties to achieve excellence in teaching.
