摘要
目的观察女性盆底功能障碍(PFD)康复治疗对女性性功能的影响。方法选取我院2016年7月～2017年8月收治的250例确诊为PFD患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方法不同分为研究组(125例)和对照组(125例)。对照组采用阴道哑铃训练,研究组在对照组的基础上联合生物反馈加电刺激治疗,比较两组对女性性功能的影响。结果两组治疗前行为情绪、身体功能、性伴侣及性生活总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后的行为情绪、身体功能、性伴侣及性生活总分高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组的行为情绪、身体功能、性伴侣、性生活总分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性PFD治疗有利于解决性功能障碍,效果优于单一法,更有利于提高我国女性生活质量,维持婚姻和谐,值得大力推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation therapy on sexual function of female pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD). Methods 250 patients with PFD admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the different treatment methods were randomly divided into study group(125 cases) and control group(125 cases). The control group was used vaginal dumbbell training, the study group on the basis of the control group was combined with biofeedback and electrical stimulation treatment, the effects of two groups on female sexual function were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of behavior, emotion, physical function, sexual partner and sexual life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The scores of behavioral emotion, physical function, sexual partner and sexual life of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of behavioral emotion, physical function, sexual partners and sexual life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment of female PFD is helpful to solve sexual dysfunction, but the combined treatment is better than single treatment, and is more conducive to improving the quality of sexual life of women in China, maintaining a harmonious marriage, which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
