摘要
目的探讨个体化呼吸康复锻炼指导在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月～2017年12月我院收治的100例COPD患者作为研究对象,随机分为个体化指导组和常规指导组,每组各50例。个体化指导组实施个体化呼吸康复锻炼指导,常规指导组实施常规呼吸康复锻炼指导,比较两组患者进行呼吸康复锻炼的依从性和肺功能指标水平。结果个体化指导组患者进行呼吸康复锻炼的总依从率(92.00%)显著高于常规指导组(72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复指导前,两组患者肺功能相关指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);康复指导后,个体化指导组的肺活量(FVC),第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和FEV1/FVC水平显著高于常规指导组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化呼吸康复锻炼指导能提高COPD患者呼吸康复锻炼的依从性和肺功能指标水平,临床上值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the Application effect of individualized respiratory rehabilitation exercise guidance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods A total of 100 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into indi- vidualized guidance group and conventional guidance groups,with 50 cases in each group.The individualized g.uidance group was guided by individualized breathing rehabilitation exercise,while the routine guidance group was guided by routine breathing rehabilitation.Results The total compliance rate (92.00%)of the individualized guidance group was significantly higher than that of the conventional guidance group (72.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before rehabilitation guidance,there was no significant difference in the level of lung function related indicators between the two groups (P>.0.05).After rehabilitation guidance,the vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume (FEV1)and FEV1/FVC levels in individualized guidance group were significantly higher than.those in conventional guidance group (P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized respiratory rehabilitation exercise guidance can improve the com- pliance of COPD patients with respiratory rehabilitation exercise and the level of pulmonary function indicators,which is worthy of clinical application.
