摘要
广州地铁21号线水西站—长平站区间盾构下穿水西村平房群,房屋极其密集,基础薄弱且隧道穿越土层多为砂层和黏土层,部分里程地质为全断面富水砂层和上软下硬地层,施工风险较大。以该工程为背景,从建筑物保护、设备改造、试验段掘进施工、监测结果分析等方面介绍复杂地层中盾构下穿基础薄弱平房群的施工关键技术。对于该工程的顺利竣工,施工实践和现场监测表明,运用以上关键施工技术能使复杂地层中盾构下穿平房群地表沉降满足控制值要求。
When the shield crossed below bungalows of Shuixi village between Shuixi Station and Changping Station of Guangzhou Subway line 21, the houses were extremely dense and foundations of the houses were particularly weak. It increased the risk of construction as the shield was in sand and clay stratum, even part of the mileage was in full section of water-rich sand stratum and upper-soft and lower-hard stratum. Based on this project, key construction technology of the shield in complex geological condition crossing below bungalows is introduced from the aspects of building protection, equipment rebuilding, test section excavation, analysis of monitoring results and so on. The practical construction and field monitoring results show that using the above key construction technology can make the ground settlement to meet the requirement of control values.
