摘要
高超声速滑翔飞行器(Hypersonic Glide Vehicles,HGV)具有全球精确打击、高速高机动、生存能力强等特点,对军政要害目标具有毁灭性的打击能力,成为当前国家安全的潜在威胁。因此,对高超声速滑翔飞行器的特性展开了分析,总结了实现对该目标防御的关键在于预警装备需要具备全球覆盖、准确跟踪、有效预测三个方面的能力。为了达到该预警需求,提出了应提高现有预警装备的探测能力,拓展反导预警体系能力,进一步发展研制新型预警探测技术与装备,构建可扩展且有针对性的预警体系,同时构建高超声速滑翔飞行器预警探测地面数据库的对策建议。
Characterized by their hypersonic ability,high maneuverability and strong survivability, and with the trait of global precision strike,Hypersonic Glide Vehicles (HGV)can impose devastating blows upon military and political key targets,thus constituting potential threats to national security.In this paper,properties of HGV are analyzed whereby three major prevention and protection capabilities of the earlywarning weapons are proposed,i.e.,the abilities of global coverage,accurate tracking and effective prediction.In order to meet early warning requirements,several countermeasures are suggested as follows,detection performance of early-warning weapons be enhanced;new detection equipment and technology,especially the defense system for ballistic missiles,be developed. Meanwhile,an extensible and targeted early warning system be constructed to which a ground database of HGV is attached.
