摘要
近年来,谐波问题的出现对高压直流输电系统的高效运行提出了重大挑战。换流变压器作为其中的核心设备之一,准确计算其谐波激励下的损耗显得尤为重要。提出了一种新的铁心损耗计算模型,设计制作了产品级变压器铁心模型对新方法进行验证,并进一步对换流变压器在谐波激励下铁心损耗问题进行了分析。首先,利用爱波斯坦方圈测量得到变压器铁心材料的磁性能数据,拟合得到原始斯坦梅兹公式的3个参数;其次,搭建磁通密度可控的变压器铁心实验测试平台,用实验方法得到谐波激励下的损耗,并借助谐波激励下变压器铁心磁性能测量数据通过新的计算模型计算其损耗,计算值与实验值对比,验证模型的正确性;最后,考察了谐波含量、阶次、相位差对变压器铁心损耗的影响。
In recent years,the emergence of harmonic problem poses a major challenge to the efficient operation of HVDC transmission systems.Converter transformer is one of the core equipment,so it is very important to calculate the loss accurately in the case of harmonic operation.This paper presents a new core loss calculation model,designs and manufactures a product-grade transformer core model to verify the new method,and further analyzes the core loss of converter transformer in the case of harmonic operation.Firstly,the magnetic property data of transformer core material were measured with Epstein circle,which were fitted to obtain the three parameters of original Steinmetz equation.Secondly,a transformer core experiment test platform with controllable flux density was built,and the core loss in the case of harmonic operation was obtained with experiment method.The loss of the transformer core was calculated with the new calculation model using the magnetic performance measurement data of the transformer core in the case of harmonic operation.The correctness of the model is verified through comparing the calculated value and experiment value.Finally,the influences of harmonic content,harmonic order and phase difference on the loss of the transformer core are investigated.
