摘要
为了研究新疆驴盲肠、腹结肠、背结肠、小结肠中食糜细菌组成的多样性,试验以3头成年、健康的新疆驴为研究对象,自由采食含90%稻草和10%精料的混合日粮,舍饲30d后屠宰,分段取样备用,通过PCR-DGGE技术分析不同肠段食糜细菌的多样性。结果表明:新疆驴盲肠段消化道细菌的Shannon-Wiener指数和Simpson指数最大,与腹结肠、背结肠比较差异不显著(P>0.05),但都显著高于小结肠(P<0.05),相同消化道不同个体间的细菌条带组成具有很高的相似性。说明驴盲肠中食糜细菌的多样性最丰富,腹结肠和背结肠次之,小结肠最弱,相同肠道的细菌组成相似。
The aim of the present study was to investigate diversity of chyme bacteria in cecum,ventral colon,dorsal colon and small colon of Xinjiang donkeys. Three healthy adult donkeys from Xinjiang were selected as the study subjects. The donkeys were free to feed on a mixed diet containing 90% rice straw and 10% concentrate,and slaughtered after 30 days of feeding,then sampled separately for standby. The diversity of chyme bacteria in different intestinal segments was analyzed by PCR-DGGE. The results showed that the Shannon-Wiener index and Simpson index of bacteria in the cecum of Xinjiang donkey were the largest. Compared with abdominal colon and dorsal colon,the difference was not significant ( P>0. 05) ,but significantly higher than that of small colon ( P<0. 05) . The bacterial bands of different individuals in the same digestive tract had high similarity. The results indicated that the diversity of chyme bacteria in cecum of donkey was the most abundant,followed by ventral colon and dorsal colon,and the weaker in small colon. The bacterial composition of the same intestinal tract was similar.
