摘要 由于车身覆盖件用钢板与铝合金板冲压成形性能具有较大的区别,在轻量化生产中不能直接使用钢板的冲压成形理论。选取铝合金板中两种常用型号进行了成分分析,并通过单向拉伸、最大拉深变形程度和杯突测试方法,对其冲压成形性和力学性能进行了对比分析,得出了与两种铝合金板冲压成形性能相关的材料参数。提出通过等强度替换推导出适用于发动机罩内板件的铝合金板厚度。实际应用结果表明,厚度为1 mm的5754系列铝合金板可以有效替换传统钢板完成了车身覆盖件生产,并满足强度和刚度要求。 Because of the great difference between the stamping performance of the steel plate and the aluminum alloy plate, it was not possible to directly use the sheet metal forming theory in lightweight. The stamping formability and mechanical properties of two common types aluminum alloy were compared by uniaxial tension, maximum drawing deformation degree and cupping test method. The thickness of aluminum alloy plate which was suitable for the inner plate of the engine hood was deduced by equal strength replacement. The practical application results show that the 5754 series aluminum alloy plate with thickness of 1 mm can effectively replace the traditional steel plate to complete the production of the body cover, and meet the requirements of strength and rigidity.
