摘要
建立了白首乌及其中药洗发水中4-羟基苯乙酮的含量测定方法,为中药洗发水中的白首乌活性成分检测提供参考依据。采用高效液相色谱法,检测白首乌提取液以及白首乌洗发水中4-羟基苯乙酮的含量,并进行方法学考察。HPLC法检测白首乌及其洗发水中4-羟基苯乙酮含量的色谱条件为:色谱柱:Pntulips QS-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;检测波长:265 nm;流动相:乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸20:80;流速:1 mL/min;柱温:30℃。在上述条件下,方法学考察各项指标均符合要求。该方法稳定可行,可用于检测中药洗发水中白首乌4-羟基苯乙酮的含量。
A method to determine the content of 4- hydroxy acetophenone in radix cynanchi bungei and its shampoo by HPLC was established, which could provide some reference for the detection of active ingredients of radix cynanchi bungei in Chinese medicine shampoo. The content of 4-hydroxy acetophenone in radix cynanchi bungei and its shampoo was detected by HPLC, and methodological investigation was carried out. Chromatographic conditions were determined as follows: Pntulips QS-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) chromatographic column,detection wavelength 265 nm, mobile phase acetonitrile and 0.1% glacial acetic acid (20:80),flow rate 1 mL/min, column temperature 30 ℃. The results have proved that the method is stable and feasible, so it can be used to detect the content of 4- hydroxyacetophenone in radix cynanchi bungei and its shampoo.
