ICP-MS法测定岩矿样品中23种痕量元素的方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前地质勘探中对岩矿痕量元素测定的必要性,结合当前主流的元素测定方法,提出一种基于ICP-MS的岩矿样品痕量元素测定方法。在该方法中,首先对ICP-MS测定的原理进行分析,然后以碳酸盐岩矿作为分析对象,采用ICP-MS对碳酸盐中的痕量元素进行测定。同时为提高痕量元素测定的准确度,采用HNO3-HCl-HF-HCLO4体系对样品进行消融,然后结合国家一级标准物质作为对比,进而绘制曲线,最后得到检测的曲线对比结果和准确度、精密度。通过对比发现,在测定的23种痕量元素中,Bi、Th、U等元素的测量误差较大,其余的都与标准物质曲线基本一致。由此看出,本文采用的消融体系和测定方法在测量岩矿上具有一定的可行性。 In view of the necessity of determining trace elements in rocks and minerals in current geological exploration, a method of determining trace elements in rock and mineral samples based on ICP-MS was proposed. In this method, the principle of ICP-MS was analyzed firstly, then the trace elements in carbonate were determined by ICP-MS. In order to improve the accuracy of trace elements determination, HNO3-HCl-HF-HClO4 system was used to ablate the samples, and using national first-class reference materials as a comparison, the curves were drawn. Finally, the results of curve comparison, accuracy and precision were obtained. It's found that the measurement errors of Bi, Th and U trace elements in the 23 kinds of trace elements were larger, and the rest elements' measurement results were basically consistent with the standard material curve. It can be seen that the ablation system and determination method adopted in this paper have certain feasibility in rock and mineral survey.
