21世纪,什么最贵?人才!当曾经的电影台词演变为今天的现实写照时,高素质人才对城市发展的意义,早已不言而喻。济南国际医学科学中心的建设,无疑是给全国甚至全球的医学人才发出了一封“邀请函”。“医学科学中心不仅需要高端医疗设备,更需要医学人才。我们计划用3年的时间,引进10个精准医疗研究机构、10个疑难杂症专科(医院)、30名学科带头人或团队、300名有经验有能力的医生,要形成人才集聚之势,打造名医院、名学科、名医生的‘三名工程’。”济南国际医学科学中心党工委书记、管委会主任张端武说。为此,济南国际医学科学中心管委会紧盯国际医学前沿领域专家团队和优势学科,精准对接,开展包括政策引导、搭建引才平台等引才内容,将医学中心打造成为招才引智的“强磁场”。
