轨道交通用丙烯酸聚氨酯半光面漆的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过添加不同量的消光粉或滑石粉制备出不同配方的丙烯酸聚氨酯半光面漆,并研究其光泽稳定性;采用不同配比的高、低羟值丙烯酸树脂拼用制备了丙烯酸聚氨酯半光漆,并研究其光泽稳定性;研究了流平剂对丙烯酸聚氨酯半光漆漆膜光泽的影响。结果表明:采用消光粉消光的丙烯酸聚氨酯半光漆漆膜光泽不稳定;滑石粉对高羟值丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆漆膜消光效果不好,大量添加会降低漆膜的机械性能和耐候性能;流平剂对丙烯酸聚氨酯半光漆漆膜光泽影响轻微;高、低羟值丙烯酸树脂拼用的半光漆光泽最为稳定,且不牺牲其他性能,配方中填料添加量较少。 Several paints of different formula were made by adding different amounts of flatting powder or talc to acrylic polyurethane finish paint,and their gloss retention were researched;Acrylic polyurethane semi-gloss paints were prepared by mixing high and low hydroxyl acrylic resin with different proportions,and their gloss stability were studied.The effect of leveling agent on gloss of acrylic polyurethane semi-gloss varnish was studied.It was found that the gloss of acrylic polyurethane semi-gloss varnish was unstable with the flatting powder; The talc powder had an undesirable effect on the hydroxyl value acrylic polyurethane finish and large amount of addition reduced the mechanical and weatherability of the film;The leveling agent had a slight influence on the gloss of the acrylic polyurethane semigloss coating;Semigloss varnish with high and low hydroxyl value acrylic resin was the most stable varnish without sacrificing other properties and the amount of filler added in the formula was low.
