摘要
新医改以来,DRG逐渐成为保险机构向医院预付的重要依据,而按病种付费是实行DRG的基础。病案首页中的ICD国际诊断编码是进行DRG分组的重要依据。病案首页填写的质量尤为重要,病案首页质量控制与管理直接影响着医院的经营发展。
Since the new medical reform, DRG had gradually become an important basis for insurance institutions to prepay to hospitals, while paying for the disease was the basis for the implementation of Diagnosis Related Group(DRG). ICD international diagnostic coding in the first page of medical record was an important basis for DRG grouping. The quality of the first page of the medical record was particularly important, the quality control and management of the medical record home directly affected the operation and development of the hospital.
